ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION OF THE BOARD

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Community Associations Institute - Nevada Chapter, our Annual Membership Meeting and Election of Directors will be held at twelve o’clock noon (12:00) on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, 4000 W. Flamingo, Las Vegas, NV 89103.

For this election, there are three (3) vacancies on the Board. Each term of office is for three (3) years.

One (1) Community Association Volunteer/Leader

One (1) Business Partner

One (1) Member At Large

Cumulative voting is not permitted. You may only cast one (1) vote per category. Each member may only vote once.

Voting will end at 5:00 pm on Friday, September 24, 2010. Ballots will not be accepted at the October luncheon and there will be no voting from the floor.
